Refund Policy

1. Introduction
This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on the website www.sam-mangwana.com (hereinafter "the Site"), including official Sam Mangwana merchandise such as physical records, t-shirts, caps, posters or any other item bearing his image or logo.
The Site is managed by ARCADUAL (France) in collaboration with ARCANDUALU, Comunicação Digital, Lda (Angola).
2. Products Concerned
This policy applies exclusively to products sold directly through the Site.
Products purchased on other platforms (e.g., TuneCore, Amazon, iTunes, Spotify, etc.) are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms.
3. Right of Withdrawal (physical purchases)
In accordance with online commerce regulations, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reason.

Products must be returned new, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging (sealed for discs or boxes).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective product or order error).

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product.
4. Products Not Eligible for Refund
For reasons of hygiene, copyright, or logistics, some products cannot be refunded:

Discs (CDs, vinyl records, USB drives, DVDs) that have already been opened or unsealed;

Customized or limited edition products;

Digital downloads and dematerialized products;

Promotional items offered or on sale;

Gift cards.
5. Defective Products or Delivery Error
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package at the following address:

A solution will be offered to you quickly: replacement, credit note or full refund.
6. Reimbursement Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase (card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).
Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
8. International Orders
For orders shipped outside of Angola, customs or import fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These fees remain the responsibility of the client and are non-refundable.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the package has been sent, the request must be treated as a return under the right of withdrawal.
